    Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

    To be eligible for a return:

    The artwork must be returned in its original condition

    It must be unused and unaltered

    It must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

    To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the artwork
    • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable:

    • Original artworks purchased after the 14-day period
    • Custom or commissioned artworks
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Artworks damaged due to improper handling after delivery

    Please note that color variations may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.

    Damaged Shipments

    If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved:

    • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged or incorrect
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
